CM Journal Pages 3: Spirit Being Human

It's been said that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  And it is our desire to understand what it means to be "spiritual" that leads us to explore all manner of metaphysics.   It seems to make sense:  If I want to become more spiritual, I need to study more about spirituality.  Well, in order to do that we will need to define our terms more accurately.  

The fact is we are Spirit.  We can't help being anything but Spirit. In the previous Journal Pages we learned that Spirit is the animating force for Will or Divine Intention. Everything in the Universe is animated with Spirit. It is ubiquitous and unbiased. Spirit has no intention in and of itself and only seeks to animate Divine Will.

Spirit is kinetic energy.

Will is potential energy.

Source is the field of unlimited possibilities.

When we say, "it is my will to..." it is the same as saying "it is my intention to...".  Something has to act upon this will in order to put it in motion and bring it to fruition.  In the same way, out of the field of unlimited possibilities, Spirit animates the Divine Intentions and out of this came innumerable (dare I say it) Gods. 

The idea that there is only one God is fundamental to Christianity but many religions and certainly those of ancient past refer to the existence of many Gods.  My Guidance says there are infinite Gods, infinite universes and infinite dimensions much of which is incomprehensible to the human mind.

Cool.  It's sounding more and more like Star Trek. 

How does a human life fit into all this?  Well, humans and this earth life are a creation of this God force whether it is a singular God or the collaboration of many Gods.  You are a creation of Spirit animating Divine Intention.

Yet even this is not the point.  What remains to be considered is how we, as spiritual beings, can fully inhabit and embrace our human experience - to live it, love it, and explore it.  This is our challenge: to become fully aware of ourselves.

So what does it look like when a Spiritual Being fully encompasses being human?  In subsequent Journal pages we will be exploring in depth how you came to exist in human form and at the same time we will be defining such terms as SOUL and CONSCIOUSNESS.  This is going to be fun.
