Nothing Subtle about Subtle Energy

There are a bunch of dowsers and other
assorted characters that sometimes get together in conferences and meetings and kick around ideas having to do with the concept
of subtle energy. What I would like to express in this essay is that we cannot possibly fathom what we have stumbled on to.
There is without a doubt absolutely nothing subtle about subtle energy.
Subtle energy is nothing less than the
energy of consciousness. It is from this energy that all physical energy arises. Another way of saying this is to say that
subtle energy is unmanifested physical energy as well as the source of all energy and matter. Without subtle energy the universe
could not and would not exist.
Our universe as well as any other could
not exist if not for thought, intent, desire, will, creativity, inspiration, and love. Life is about perception so what kind
of universe could exist without consciousness. Many writers have written that the universe is composed of love and while this
sounds fanciful it is absolutely right.
Just because physicists cannot quantify
these energies does not mean they do not exist. Science would have us believe that if we cannot perceive something with our
physical senses or with some electromagnetic meter then it does not exist. When science is confronted with something that
it cannot explain then it simply denies its existence or writes it off to fantasy.
The universe is far more complex than we
could ever conceive. Scientists have spent hundreds of years describing it but what they are in fact describing is the universe’s
outer veneer. Science has no concept of the vaster and greater inner reality that underlies all energy and matter. Science
is only piddling across the surface of the reality and universe in which we live.
What I am writing here in this article
is nothing new. Man has intuitively known that there is a greater inner reality to our universe that is not apparent to our
physical senses. All myths and legends of past civilizations have as their basis the interactions of man with the unseen universe.
Philosophers and mystics have attempted to describe the unseen frameworks of such a vaster inner reality.
We should take our cues from the ancients
and explore these vast unseen realms that we call subtle energy. Let’s
leave the shallow external universe to the scientists and the “rational” man and explore the greater inner reality
from which all energy and matter arise.
The greater inner universe is a vast and
untapped source of knowledge, inspiration, and love. Just as the solution to
all of our personal problems and concerns are within us. All the solutions to our social problems are within the mass consciousness
of our greater earth. This limitless and well of energy is ripe for the picking for those of us who dare to have the faith
to venture there.
